International Women’s Day 2019

I made this animated gif for Nucco Brain’s social media for International Women’s Day.

We decided to create a piece inspired by and paying homage to a woman in design who we felt was under appreciated. Nathalie Brough (https://www.nathaliebrough.com/) and I decided to honour Mary Blair and created this piece inspired by the vibrant concept art she created for Disney.

The character animation for this piece was done in Adobe Photoshop with the background animation done in After Effects.
